Membership

Any person who supports the purposes of our Club is eligible to apply for membership.

Our Club offers just one type of membership, suitable for up to two (2) persons aged 18 years or older (adults) plus up to four (4) children aged less than 18 years. All members of a membership must reside at the same address.

Both adult members have full voting and general rights within the Club as specified in Rule 13 of the Club's Constitution and each is eligible to register one or more vehicles under the Club Permit Scheme (CPS). Potential members intending to register a vehicle under the CPS should contact our Club Permit Officer to obtain details of current CPS requirements.

New members are subject to a twelve (12) month probationary period in accordance with the Club's By-Law 3(2).

Purposes

a) To foster recovery, restoration and preservation of all types of self-propelled heritage vehicles categorised as Veteran (pre 1919), Vintage (1919 to 1930) and Classic (1931 to vehicles manufactured up to 25 years ago); and

b) To facilitate events for the display of heritage vehicles and give members the opportunity to take these vehicles on club runs and trips, and in the process increase the public's awareness of our motoring heritage; and

c) To facilitate socialising and the exchange of information and vehicle parts between members, similar clubs and interested people.

Membership Fees

Membership rates applicable from 14th November 2024:

Annual Membership:

Ø (includes 12 Drivers Journals per annum; delivered online) ........ $30.00

Ø (includes 12 Drivers Journals per annum; hardcopy) ...................... $80.00

Joining Fee (once only) ..................................................................................... $20.00

How to become a member

To join as a new member click the "Online Membership Form" button at the top of the panel on the right hand side of the screen.

A dialog box will present two options:

· If you are a non-member, select "continue" to complete the online membership application form;

· If you are an existing member, select "login"

(Existing members need to use the Username and Password that was provided when you joined, or, you can select the "Forgot your login details" to reset your login details.)

The Club is managed in accordance with the Club's Constitution and By-Laws.
